These Community Guidelines are part of the Terms of Use (EULA) that every user must accept before using Lonely Hearts.
Lonely Hearts has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
Respect Others
Treat other users with kindness, honesty, and respect.
The following behavior is not allowed:
- Harassment or bullying
- Threats, intimidation, or stalking
- Hate speech or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, nationality, or disability
- Repeated unwanted contact after someone has said no
Users who engage in abusive behavior may have their accounts suspended or permanently removed.
No Scams or Fraud
Lonely Hearts strictly prohibits scams or fraudulent activity.
This includes:
- Asking for money or financial assistance
- Investment or cryptocurrency schemes
- Impersonating another person
- Attempting to move conversations to suspicious external services for financial gain
Accounts suspected of scam activity may be immediately removed.
No Sexual Exploitation or Explicit Content
Lonely Hearts is designed for meaningful connections and respectful communication.
The following content is not allowed:
- Explicit sexual content
- Pornographic images or messages
- Sexual solicitation or coercion
- Content involving minors or any exploitative sexual behavior
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, or blackmail
Honest Representation
Users should represent themselves honestly.
Do not:
- Pretend to be someone else
- Use misleading information about identity
- Use stolen photos or fake profiles
Authenticity helps build trust within the community.
Reporting and Moderation
Lonely Hearts provides tools to report content or users that violate these guidelines.
Users can report:
- Ads
- Messages
- Profiles
Reported content may result in:
- Content removal
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account bans
Safety Advice
For your safety:
- Do not share sensitive personal or financial information
- Be cautious when interacting with people you do not know
- Report suspicious behavior using the reporting tools in the app
Enforcement
Lonely Hearts reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines or the Terms of Use (EULA).
Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent bans.
