LonelyHearts has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, and any sexualized content involving minors.
Age policy
- LonelyHearts is for adults. Users must be at least 16 years old.
- Accounts suspected to belong to minors may be restricted or removed while reviewed.
Prohibited behavior and content
- Any CSAM or sexualized depictions of minors.
- Sexual exploitation, grooming, coercion, or extortion of minors.
- Requests for sexual content from minors or attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes.
- Any activity that facilitates child trafficking or abuse.
Reporting and enforcement
- Users can report abusive content or behavior in-app and through Support.
- Credible child-safety reports are reviewed with priority and may trigger immediate account restrictions.
- Violating content and accounts are removed, and repeat offenders are permanently banned.
- When legally required, we preserve and share relevant information with appropriate authorities.
