Account deletion

You can delete your LonelyHearts account and associated data directly in the app.

Delete in app (primary path)

Open the Lonely Hearts app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Account and choose Delete account.
Confirm the deletion in the app.

If in-app deletion fails

Contact [email protected] for technical help.

Support can only process a deletion request after account ownership is verified.
Verification requires a signed-in app session and matching verified account email.
Unverified email-only deletion requests are rejected.
If ownership cannot be verified, manual deletion cannot be completed.

What gets deleted

We delete or anonymize account data and user content that is tied to your account where feasible. Some records may be retained when required for safety, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
